Our strength is continuous development — every year we allocate about 3–5% of turnover to expanding the competencies of the team. Our employees participate in courses, trainings, and management programs, including the Executive Leadership Program ICAN Institute (2024–2025), which develops leadership and strategic competencies.

One of the key directions of development is also digitization and improvement of the flow of information and documents. We implement modern, proven technological solutions that allow our clients to act faster, more efficiently and more securely.

The competencies of our team are confirmed by industry institutions – Association of Accountants in Poland (SKwP), Accounting Information Center (C.I.K.), completed Advanced ACCA level and the Business Family Advisor certificate IBR
